    Description

    I am selling in Kettering Ohio for local pickup a Balsam Hill 7.5 ft. four section Christmas Tree and stand.    The tree has a working powered central core but the strings of lights need replacing or removing.    Tree in good working condition and very sturdy and high quality.      Each of the four section has lights attached. The needle lights can be individually replaced for about -10 dollars.
    Located off I675 near Bellbrook, Centerville and Kettering. Dayton is near I70 and I75 interchange.
    I planned to restring with newer LEDs by following the existing wires in each of the sections.
