Bausch & Lomb Baltar f2.3 1" 25mm C Mount Cine Lens * RARE *

Description

Here is a very rare Bausch & Lomb Baltar f2.3 25mm 1" cine lens. It is a C mount lens. I am selling the lens "as-is" as it is in need of a CLA as the lubracation has hardened with both the focus and the diaphragm control. They both still turn but are very stiff and the lens can't be used as it is. The glass is clean with what looks to be some internal dust. It comes with its original lens hood and front lens cap which screw on normally and also screw on in reverse to easily stay on the lens when in storage. It also has its original cloth pouch to hold the lens which says 1" on it as does the lenscap and hood. It is a very solid well made lens which is quite popular as you see the same lens in other cine mounts where the sellers are asking thousands for it. I tested it out using my Sony NEX and have included a picture above. Please note that the metal rear of the lens is very wide and at least with my C mount adapter the lens would not fully screw on to my adapter. A great lens but please understand that it needs to be taken apart and relubricated before it can be used again. It is sold "as-is". Buyer pays shipping and the shipping quote includes insurance.
