Shipping is out of our control, but we will make every effort to be sure you receive your order, and if not, you will be refunded 100%!
All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail/Parcel. Tracking not available for shipping outside the U.S. All orders are shipped in 24 hours during business days. Custom color/sizing orders may take 1-2 more days to process.  NO Tracking available unless purchased. These ship FREE via USPS  Letter mail. Trackable labels cost .35 EXTRA.
Canadian Orders are NOT Trackable.
Payment
Orders are NOT shipped until payment clears. Electronic Check paid through Paypal may take around 5 days to be cleared.
All payments are accepted through Paypal. If no payment is received within 7 days of purchase, Unpaid Item Cast will open.
