if it is in the original factory sealed plastic container. If there is a seal on the cartridge itself I will

not sell it as new unless it is from my own personal collection and knowing this to be true and factual.These seals can be bent back and repositioned back on the cartridge, so you never know for sure if a cartridge has been used.So the only REAL way you know you are getting a new cartridge is to buy a new one. When I state a cartridge is new,be assured that is what I am selling you.

Linked cartridges are ones that have previously been connected to an online account with the Cricut Design Space,Craft Room or a Gypsy.Once linked,this can't be reversed,but they CAN be used with older machines like the Create, Personal, Cake, Expression 1 or 2...so all is not lost!! They will NOT however work with the newer machines like the Explore, Air, Maker,etc.Please make sure before you purchase that this cartridge will work in your machine as all sales are final,no returns will be accepted.
