miniaturesbygarcia does not pay for any import duties, taxes or import & custom fees of any kind that is solely the customers responsibly to understand the fees of the country they want items shipped to and to pay separately for that themselves. For returning items unless it is a problem that miniaturesbygarcia is responsible for then international buyers must pay for the shipping cost both ways to return the item(s).
If the tracking on your package says attempted delivery and no more delivery attempts are made it is your responsibility to go to the local post to get your package we do not know how to direct you to your local postal service you will have to know that yourself or know how to find out or try and contact ebay about it.
If you can accept these terms please continue to purchase.
If you want to buy more than one item without you having to ask I will automatically combine shipping cost and if there is enough extra money left over I will send you a refund through ebay or if you prefer you can put the items in your cart and send a request for a total cost I will include whatever combine shipping cost I can work out for you.
When you purchase your product you will receive a tracking number in less than 24 hours and then the item will start tracking within about 24 hours on business days. If the item doesn't start tracking within 24 to 48 hours on business days it's most likely still on it's way occasionally USPS fails to scan the package going out or they scan it in very late. So if you don't see your tracking there's nothing to worry about the tracking will show up. If you think your item(s) arrived late please don't blame me all my orders are shipped and on the way in less than 24 hours on business days it's the USPS that can have delays for several reasons.
    From Dragon Models:
Right now, the International Space Station (ISS) is orbiting the Earth 15.5 times a day at an altitude of 400km. ISS is used to conduct experiments in a variety of scientific disciplines. After the first components were launched in 1998 and the first inhabitants arrived in November 2000, the ISS has been continuously inhabited and it’s expected to keep going until 2030. It is also the right time for Dragon to release a newly tooled 1/400 scale model of the ISS!
This kit depicts the International Space Station as it was in 2007. It is built accurately in 1/400 scale and uses brand new tooling and photo-etched parts to show the maximum detail permissible in this scale. To ease display of the model ISS on a desktop, for example, and because it’s a complex and difficult shape to pose with all its modules, segments and solar-panel arrays, it comes with a convenient display stand. This is the first time Dragon has offered a scale model of the ISS, and what a centerpiece it will make in any space fan’s collection!
