Sheaffer Desk Set With Wonder Bread Logo From '80's But New Sample

I own an advertising specialty company - now in our 42nd year I am happy to report - and worked in the industry for many years prior to establishing my own firm.
Over the years I collected many over-run samples, one-or-a-kind spec samples and the like.
I am now selling much of that collection via eBay.  Among our suppliers of better quality writing instruments was and still is Sheaffer Pen Company.   Here is a salesman's sample of their style #D395 Desk pen.
The sample is in white with the Wonder Bread multi-color logo hot stamped.   The logo is stamped in foil for a
brilliant
color.   This dates from the 1980's and was in a Sheaffer salesman sample kit.   Although this sample is over 30 years old, it is in remarkable condition - virtually as new with one minor exception.   Some way there is a very slight scratch through part of the letter "N" - as shown in the photos.
The staff pen is in black and contains the original refill, so if the buyer wishes to use it rather than keep for display a new refill will be needed - and they are easily available.   I think that the original pen was white also, and perhaps somehow was switched with a black set long ago...although it could have originally shipped in this configuration.   That was a customer option at the time, but had to be specified.  The piece is in plastic and has a foam base for security to keep it in place.   The base size is 4.25" x 3.25".   It is gift boxed in the original box, which is also like new.
A Sheaffer related side story -  Over the years Sheaffer had some interesting factory representatives.   In the 1980's this was a gentleman named Hugh G. and he had a super suggestion for how to sell this their D395 desk sets.   His idea went like this:  You go into a potential customers office and after pleasantries take out a piece of paper.   Using a Sheaffer pen - of course - quickly write down the customer's company name, his name and telephone.   Dramatically tear it off, lick the back and slap it down on his desk.   Then say that if your customer were to do that people would think he was crazy - and rightly so.   However, if instead he were to give a fine Sheaffer D395 desk set, there is a good chance the customer would leave it in place - accomplishing the same end result.   Now I never tried this, but some of my competitors did and many said it worked,
Last thought -  When introduced, the D395 acquired it's name because it was for the desk - hence the "D", and 395 because that was the retail price - .95!
