ABOUT GRAPHICS DIRECT.
We have been cutting replacement bike decals and graphics since 2013.
Our graphics ship all over the world from the UK to Europe and as far as Australia.
People choose us because our graphics are traced from the original frame so that you can ensure a great fit.
Our graphics are die cut to order from the best of outdoor grade vinyl and are easy to apply. Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you be looking for something that you can not find on the website.
Our decals are supplied in high grade outdoor Matt vinyl and we would suggest that you lacquer over the decals to protect them.
If you would like us to cut your decals in Gloss, There is no extra charge but please let us know as soon as you can after ordering please.

All Shimano Graphics / Decals are cut from top quality outdoor grade vinyl that will not fade for at least 7 years. The vinyl is cut in matte / matt because this is easier to lacquer over to protect your design. If you would prefer to have them cut in gloss, Please leave a comment at the checkout page. Gloss is the same price as Matt.
We cut the decals with NO BACKGROUND. The cutout areas will be the same colour as your frame.
The photos show which Graphics / Decals you will actually get, If there is more than one image shown in the photos, you will receive the full set not just one selection from the photos, We have included the pictures for reference only to help you to see exactly what you are buying.
The Graphics / Decals are supplied on high grade anti static clear application tape and are easy to apply or you may choose to select the paper backing tape. Please see the info section for advice on backing types.
Some people prefer to use the “Lay and Peel” method and others prefer the “Soak and Soap” method. You might want to Google these methods to see which might be easier for you.
We do not keep any of the Decals in stock, They are cut to order from fresh vinyl rolls, hand finished and hand packed, We aim to get your order in the post within 12 to 48 hours.
If you only require part of a set or would like something changed to fit your frame, Just contact us, Most design tweaks are free of charge, but we can quote for larger changes.
Stencil packs are for the more experienced who ideally, will be applying a lacquer coat to a freshly painted or powder coated frame.
Stencils are cut from top quality, medium tack, specialty stencil film which is applied to the frame. The “cutout area” is sprayed to the desired color giving a much flatter appearance when compared to vinyl and give a high quality professional finish.
The stencil is then removed from the frame. Please note that stencil packs are designed for one time use only.

Please note that screen colours can vary slightly. We have done our best to reproduce the actual vinyl colours as best as we can.
Our Returns Policy.
Returning an order.
All decals that you purchase from us are made to order, we do not keep stocks of products or store them in anyway because we need to cut the from the freshest of vinyl so that they reach you in perfect order.
If you product is damaged by the manufacturing process then of course we are more than happy to provide a replacement or refund but we would ask that you please send us a photo so that we can see what has happened.
All of our decals are designed to have a protective topcoat of clear lacquer applied to keep the decals flat and of course to protect them should you hit a bush for example. Hopefully that will not happen.
Please understand that each order is treated as a custom order once placed with us. The order will be cut for you and you only. Sadly we can not accept returns for example because sizes were not checked before ordering or you have simply changed your mind about the whole order or the choice of colour once we have cut the decals for you.
Refunding an order.
If you decide immediately after placing the order that a mistake in the ordering process has happened, Please contact us immediately and we will try our best to cancel the order and refund you in full. Unfortunately we may not be able to honour this in some extreme cases.
