of The Anchor that was prepared when Rear Admiral F. L. Garrett, Chief of Chaplains, was the Reviewing Officer at the recruit brigade review in San Diego on 12 January 1973.  This book was presented to Admiral Garrett by Captain R. Di Cori.
It also includes official US Navy photographs of the review and a letter from Captain to Admiral Garrett
This book was purchased from the estate of Admiral Garrett
Yearbook is in good condition, the only defect noted is the front cover is splitting at the spine
