I'm selling a Vintage Silver Tone Incased Painted Dog Tie Bar Tie Clip. It is signed
B&W Plate Swank Klip. I think this may have originally been gold, but plating wore off? I'm not positive of that though?

seems to be in overall fairly descent used, vintage condition. I
t does contain scratches, tarnish, Plating loss, fading, discoloration, aging and wear from usage.
