    Description

    This wonderful Christmas feather tree was an estate sale find from years ago.  The family having the sale were collectors of German Christmas decorations and, while I can't say for certain whether this piece is German (no markings), it certainly has that look.
    Tree stands 36" tall.  The entire piece is wrapped with lovely silver tinsel.  Has 47 branches (plus top) and they each end with a silver composite "berry." (3 berries are missing).  Measures 17" wide at the bottom row of branches.  This tree has a wooden trunk and branches. The branches are wired to the center pole so they can fold up or down.  The base is a recent replacement, tree is not permanently attached to it. This tree looks delicate but is sturdy enough for regular decorations and ornaments.
    A fabulous addition to any Christmas feather tree collection!
